WHERE ARE YOU GUYS BASED?

We are based in Asia. 

We ship from our partnered factories in Hong Kong and China, who we've selected because of their extremely high standards and ethical practices in manufacturing with decades of experience that lets us provide you with all the latest styles at lowest prices.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Oh Yes, we ship INTERNATIONALLY. 

Your orders may ship separately depending on what you order but you'll be notified if that's the case furthermore you'll be able to track all of your packages even if they're being shipped separately.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Items generally reach you within 5-30 days, however sometimes it can take longer than that depending on where you live.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? EVEN AFTER YOUR ESTIMATED TIME WHY?

While some packages can arrive early, others may take a bit longer than usual due to the custom delays or depending on where you're living. However if your order does not arrive within the given time on your conformation e mail. You can get back to us and we can refund you your whole amount which is Guaranteed and may reship the item for free if we are at the fault. 

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

We've partnered with different manufacturers specializing in certain niches in Asia.

This makes us awesome by providing you with such cheap prices + free worldwide shipping, so any orders of 2+ items may be shipped separately. You'll be kept in the loop and you'll have the tracking information of every package.

From our experience small things like accessories and jewelries tend to take longer as compared to clothes. Therefore don't be alarmed, you'll be able to track your package at every step.   

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 

We take no responsibility for any customs charge applied to you but just visit your local government website to see if any custom charges apply.

Sometimes our warehouse will write a random amount on your package much lower than your order cost - this is not the value of your items, but rather to prevent any custom fees! 

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE SO & SO DATE? 

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. 

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK? 

Tracking numbers can take up to 6 days before it starts to show any updates on the system. Sometimes the system on our website maybe down and might not show any updates temporarily. If that's the case then you can manually enter the tracking number into www.17track.net.

Items showing in transit means that its on it's way. There may not be any updates whilst the status is "in transit". 

If the tracking completely doesn't work, it means that the package got lost somewhere along the way. 

Don't worry your package is insured and we'll resend the package free of any charges. 

HOW COME MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by onw of your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first.

If you cannot find it, check for your package with the shipping company then. Remember to take your ID! If you still cannot find your package, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

I WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS! 

Once orders are dispatched we cannot change the address. You should try to notify your country's shipping service to let them know of the correct address if that's possible. Items will not be refunded so please make sure you have written the correct address.
