All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped within 5 working days. 

Package will generally take 12-27 business days to reach you however sometimes it may take longer due to custom clearance and your location.

USA & Canada: 15-30 Working Days 

UK & Rest of the Europe: 15-25 Working Days

Australia & New Zealand: 15-27 Working Days 

Scandinavian (Denmark, Norway & Sweden): 20-27 Working Days 

East Asia (China, Japan, South Korea & Hong Kong): 15-25 Working Days

South-East Asia (Malaysia & Singapore): 20-30 Working Days 

Mexico, Brazil, Portugal & Chile: 25-30 Working Days

All the Packages are shipped from our office in Hong Kong using; 

Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post, China Post, Yawen Post, Australia Post, USPS, POST NL, EMS or DHL  

Once the order has been dispatched, you will be notified with an email notification including the tracking information. The tracking details sometimes take upto 48 hours to update any information on our systems therefore please do not worry. 

CUSTOMS, TAXES & ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for their orders. If the incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

RETURN TO THE SENDER

If your package is automatically returned to us by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange the redelivery of your order, unfortunately we will not be able to provide you a refund in case the package has been returned to us by the postal service.
