Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you received your package. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:-
- In the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- All the seals should be attached
- Shouldn't be dirty like it was worn
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Undergarments and Swimwears (e.g. Bikinis)
- Some health and personal care items
- Beauty lines, Underwear, Swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons
- Shoes must be tried on indoors
- Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned
Please note as per the accordance with the commerce regulations in force, we will not accept any return or make any refunds in the case where the "sealing labels" are torn (except for Mellow Picks Responsibility)
Mellow Picks Responsibilities Are as Follows:-
- In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (It’s clearly broken and unusable)
- Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product X Received Product Y)
- The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size L)
Customer have the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available customer will receive a refund.
The information you need to send:
- Order number
- Product SKU (Product ID, name)
- Reason for return (wrong size / defect highlighted)
- Clear Picture of the Product with their tags attached
- We will communicate this to our supplier to issue an exchange or a refund.
- Once our supplier receives the item, we will resend a new product and cover the expenses of the shipping cost. This is only applicable if Mellow Picks is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
What is the procedure?
Once our supplier has receives the item, we will send a new product or apply for a refund. Please check shipping policy if you need to.
Conditions to apply for an exchange or refund:
- All returns must first be approved by our customer care team firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not accept any return request by social media or any other method than emails.

Help to file the template:
1/ You received your order ID via email when the order has been confirmed to you.
2/ Tell us where to track the package, a tracking number will be provided by your local post when you send the package back to us, make sure to note it down and give it to us.
3/ Give us a list of the products inside the package you just resent.
4/ Precise if you wish an exchange (kindly precise for which product and what size) > We only accept exchange for the same kind of products: clothes vs clothes, bikini vs bikini etc. Or a refund (option only available if you did not used any Discount Count on the order)
5/ Confirm the address you have sent the package to.
6/ If you choose Exchange in Point 4: Please confirm your own address where we will have to send the new package.
- All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with original tags and their original packaging.
- We do not accept refund on items where a discount coupon is applied or any other kind of price reduction e.g. Sale etc (unless a customer receives a wrong item).
- No exchange or refund requests will be accepted 14 days after delivery, for any reason. The customers have to resent the products in these 14 days or the exchange, refund can be refused.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refund can take between 12 to 25 days to be reflected on your statement.
- We do not accept any return if the "sealing label" is torn.
- We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally paid.
- Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted.
- You have maximum 3 months to claim a package not received.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ENTER YOUR COMPLETE INFORMATION ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. IN CASE OF DELIVERY ISSUE DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, MISSING INFORMATION ETC. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND OR RESENT THE PRODUCTS.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
