Return & Refund

Hey Girl, we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. No worries, you are eligible for a return! MELLOW PICKS will provide a complete refund upon the return of your purchase. 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your items. Please allow 5 to 7 working days to process your refund after we’ve received the items. All return fees are payable by the customer.  

CONDITIONS 

We do not accept returns on the following items:

- Sale category items

- Accessories & Jewelleries 

- Swimwear

All products must be returned;

- Unworn & unwashed

- Tags attached

- Free from makeup and fake tan

- Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES, MAKE SURE NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN THEM. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE OUR CRITERIA IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.

Please keep this in mind, we do not issue refunds unless the item sent is deemed as having a manufacturing issue/defect. 

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are responsible to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. 

MELLOW PICKS reserves the right to determine the genuine faults in the items sent. MELLOW PICKS does not accept returns on items with faults from general wear and tear. 

Please note that once we ship the items from our warehouse, we have no control over it and cannot alter or change anything. Therefore please make sure before ordering that you’re providing us with the correct address.

 MELLOW PICKS will not be responsible if there are any delivery problems due to the wrong address.

Please make sure that you enter your correct address including your Apartment/Unit/House number (if applicable). In case you move out or change your current address to the new one, please contact your post office to redirect the package delivery to the new address. 

MELLOW PICKS does not take any responsibility for changes in address after the package has been processed and shipped from our premises. However you can contact us within 12 hours after placing the order to make any changes to the order.  

MELLOW PICKS will not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages in the destination country. If the tracking details show that the package has been ‘DELIVERED’ but you haven’t received it, we would suggest that you file an investigation with your local post office as soon as possible. We will do whatever we can to locate your package but at the end it is your local distribution centre’s or local post office’s job to ensure the delivery of the package to you successfully.

We are responsible to issue you a full refund, this is not applicable for the orders with changed/wrong addresses or addresses with the missing information.
